DOMESTIC (within Japan)

2) Print up, fill out, and fax them a copy of one of the following flyers (English, Japanese):

4) You can also try ordering from Amazon.co.jp (NOT Amazon.com), but they seem to have an uncanny inability to keep Handbook or my other books in stock.  I have already notified my publisher of this several times...
5) Or if you want an autographed copy from one of the authors, you can order from me directly, paying via Paypal, see below:
NOTE (August 3, 2008):  I will be out of Japan on business and speaking in California for the entire  month of August.  So it will be difficult for me to fill an order for quite a while.  Order from me directly if you like (I will get it), but it may take a little time.  Apologies.  --Debito
