RAISE AWARENESS OF THE ISSUE

BUY A "JAPANESE ONLY" T-SHIRT

Thanks to the quick sales of the first salvo of T-shirts (thanks everyone!), I'm expanding the inventory to offer more sizes for the consumer with discriminating tastes!

These are "Fruit of the Loom" brand "HEAVY COTTON", 100% thick and durable cotton with large silkscreened design of an ACTUAL "JAPANESE ONLY", sign found in Isesaki, Gunma-ken in 2004.

Here's how they look:

Here's the L size (American size), in Black.  It fits me quite closely (I'm six foot/183 cms tall with significant girth) but well down past the beltline.
Closer view of the actual design below:

Here's the XL size (American size), in Blue.  It more than adequately covers the girth.  Specifically designed for the, ahem, "bigger-boned" set.

Closer view of the actual design below:

Good for nightwear, casual wear, underjacket wear, and bar conversation starters.
And I can pretty much guarantee that you'll look better than the model.

WHAT'S IN STOCK:

APOLOGIA: This offer is completely independent of my book "JAPANESE ONLY" (Akashi Shoten pubs. 2006),
and HANDBOOK FOR NEWCOMERS, MIGRANTS, AND IMMIGRANTS (Akashi Shoten 2008), but it is a good way to raise awareness of the issue.

Most people would rather pretend these signs don't exist. Too bad. They do.

Keep the issue alive in the public eye in the best of satirical traditions
by wearing your heart on your sleeve, and the sign on your chest!

CREDITS:  Friends Coal/Kaoru created the design, and Todd originally came up with the idea years ago and sold the shirts.  But Todd's gone back overseas and can't handle the transactions anymore.

So if you'd like to show your support of the means and goals of the debito.org website,
please consider buying a shirt!
